Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 13.--CHILD CUSTODY JURISDICTION

      38-1366.   Service of petition and order.(UCCJEA 309). Except as otherwise provided in K.S.A. 38-1368 andamendments thereto, the petition and order must be served, by any methodauthorized by the law of this state, upon respondent and any person who hasphysical custody of the child.
