Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 13.--CHILD CUSTODY JURISDICTION

      38-1374.   Costs and expenses.(UCCJEA 317). If the respondent is not the prevailingparty, the court may assess against the respondent all direct expenses andcosts incurred by the prosecutor and law enforcement officers under K.S.A.38-1372or 38-1373 and amendments thereto.
