Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 17.--UNIFORM TRANSFERS TO MINORS ACT

      38-1705.   Transfer by gift or exercise of power of appointment.A person may make a transfer by irrevocable gift to, or the irrevocableexercise of a power of appointment in favor of, a custodian for the benefitof a minor pursuant to K.S.A. 38-1710.
