Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 17.--UNIFORM TRANSFERS TO MINORS ACT

      38-1725.   Severability.If any provisions of this act or itsapplication to any person or circumstance is held invalid, the invaliditydoes not affect other provisions or applications of this act which can begiven effect without the invalid provision or application, and to this endprovisions of this act are severable.
