Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 22.--REVISED KANSAS CODE FOR CARE OF CHILDREN

      38-2225.   Same; reporting of certain abuse or neglectof children in institutions operated by the secretary; rules andregulations.The secretary shall adopt rules and regulations governingthereporting ofsuspected child abuse or neglect that occurs in an institution operated by thesecretary. Such rulesand regulations shall specify those types of incidents which are required tobe reported.
