Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 22.--REVISED KANSAS CODE FOR CARE OF CHILDREN

      38-2228.   Multidisciplinary team.The court on its own motion or upon request may, at anytime,appoint amultidisciplinary team to assist in gathering information regarding a childwho may be or is a childin need of care. The team may be a standing multidisciplinary team or may beappointed for aspecific child. Any person appointed as a member of a multidisciplinary teammay decline to serveand shall incur no civil liability as the result of declining to serve.
