Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 22.--REVISED KANSAS CODE FOR CARE OF CHILDREN

      38-2245.   Discovery.(a) After a hearing and a finding thatdiscovery procedures, asdescribed in K.S.A. 60-226 through 60-237, and amendments thereto, willexpedite the proceedings,the judge may allow discovery subject to limitations.

      (b)   Upon request of any party or interested party, any other party orinterested party shalldisclose the names of all potential witnesses.
