Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 22.--REVISED KANSAS CODE FOR CARE OF CHILDREN

      38-2261.   Reports made by foster parents.The secretary shall notify the fosterparent or parents that the foster parent or parents have a right to submit areport.Copies of the report shallbe available to the parties and interested parties. The report made by fosterparents shall be on a form created and provided bythe department of social and rehabilitation services.
