Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 22.--REVISED KANSAS CODE FOR CARE OF CHILDREN

      38-2262.   Placement; testimony of certainchildren.At any hearing under the code,the court, if requested by the child, shallhear the testimony of thechild as to the desires of the child concerning the child's placement, if thechild is 10 years of ageand of sound intellect.
