Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 22.--REVISED KANSAS CODE FOR CARE OF CHILDREN

      38-2274.   Temporary orders pending appeal; status oforders appealed from.(a) Pending the determination of the appeal, any orderappealed from shall continuein force unlessmodified by temporary orders as provided in subsection (b).

      (b)   The court on appeal, pending a hearing, may modify the order appealedfrom and maymake any temporary orders concerning the care and custody of the child that thecourt considersadvisable.
