Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 22.--REVISED KANSAS CODE FOR CARE OF CHILDREN

      38-2278.   Journal entry for child support.When childsupport is orderedpursuant to the code, a separate journalentry or judgment formshall be made for each parent ordered to pay child support. The journal entryor judgment form shallbe entitled:

"In the matter of ____________________ and ____________________"

(obligee's name) (obligor's name)

and shall contain no reference to the privileged official file or social filein the case except the factsnecessary to establish personal jurisdiction over the parent, the name and dateof birth of each child,and findings of fact and conclusions of law directly related to the childsupport obligation. If thecourt issues an income withholding order for the parent, it shall be captionedin the same manner.
