Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 23.--REVISED KANSAS JUVENILE JUSTICE CODE

      38-2320.   Journal entry for child support.When child support is ordered pursuant to therevised Kansas juvenile justicecode, a separate journal entry or judgment form shall be made for each parentordered to paychild support. The journal entry or judgment form shall be entitled:

"In the matter of ____________________ and ____________________"

      (obligee's name) (obligor's name)

and shall contain no reference to the official file or social file in the caseexcept the facts necessaryto establish personal jurisdiction over the parent, the name and date of birthof each child andfindings of fact and conclusions of law directly related to the child supportobligation. If the courtissues an income withholding order for the parent, the order shall becaptioned in the same manner.
