Article 23.--REVISED KANSAS JUVENILE JUSTICE CODE

      38-2357.   Jury trials in certain cases.In all cases involving offenses committed by a juvenilewhich, if done by anadult, would make the person liable to be arrested and prosecuted for thecommission of a felony,the judge may upon motion, order that the juvenile beafforded a trial by jury. Upon the juvenilebeing adjudged to be a juvenile offender, the court shall proceed withsentencing.
