      38-2363.   Duty of parents and others to aid inenforcement of court orders; failure, contempt.A parent, or adult with whom a juvenile resides, may beordered by the courtto report any probation violations or conditional release contract violations,aid in enforcing termsand conditions of probation or conditional release or other orders of the courtor any of the above.Any person placed under an order to report any probation violations orconditional release contractviolations, aid in enforcing terms and conditions of probation or conditionalrelease or other ordersof the court or any of the above who fails to do so may be proceeded againstfor indirect contemptof court as provided in K.S.A. 20-1204a et seq., and amendments thereto.
