Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 23.--REVISED KANSAS JUVENILE JUSTICE CODE

      38-2378.   School district involvement in dischargeplan.The commissioner and the school district in which a juvenileoffender will beresiding shall plan for the juvenile offender's release or discharge if thejuvenile offender is requiredto attend school. The commissioner shall send the educational records for thejuvenile and notice ofthe offenses the juvenile committed to the school district that the juvenilewill be attending.
