      38-2383.   Temporary orders pending appeal; status oforders appealed from.(a) Pending the determination of an appeal, any orderappealed from shallcontinue in force unless modified by temporary orders as provided in subsection(b).

      (b)   While an appeal is pending, the district court may modify the orderappealed from andmay make temporary orders concerning the care and custody of the juvenile asthe court considersadvisable.
