Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 3.--DEPENDENT OR NEGLECTED CHILDREN

      38-320.   Definitions.As used in this act, the following words and phrases shall have themeanings respectively ascribed to them herein:

      (a)   "Department" means the state department of social and rehabilitationservices or any division thereof.

      (b)   "Secretary" means the secretary of the social and rehabilitationservices or his designee.
