Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 3.--DEPENDENT OR NEGLECTED CHILDREN

      38-321.   Administration of program of adoption support; rules andregulations.The secretary is hereby authorized and directed to adopt such rules andregulations as may be necessary to assist in the administration of theprogram of adoption support authorized by this act. The regulations adoptedpursuant to this act also shall provide for the periodic review of theamount and continued eligibility for such adoption support sufficient toprotect the interest of the child, the family and the public, and shallprovide for appeal procedures.
