Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 3.--DEPENDENT OR NEGLECTED CHILDREN

      38-338.   Supplementary agreements.The compact administrator may enter into supplementaryagreements with appropriate officials of other states pursuant to thecompact. If a supplementary agreement requires or contemplates the use ofany institution or facility of this state or requires or contemplates theprovision of any service by this state, the supplementary agreement shallhave no force or effect until approved by the head of the department oragency under whose jurisdiction the institution or facility is operated orwhose department or agency will be charged with the rendering of the service.
