Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 3.--DEPENDENT OR NEGLECTED CHILDREN

      38-339.   Financial arrangements.The compact administrator, subject to the approval of thedirector of accounts and reports, may make or arrange for any paymentsnecessary to discharge any financial obligations imposed upon this state bythe compact or by any supplementary agreement entered into under the compact.
