Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 5.--DETENTION AND PARENTAL HOMES OR FARMS

      38-506.   Admission of children.Any child who is homeless, deprived, wayward, miscreant, delinquent, a childin need of care or a juvenile offender may be kept at the home providedfor by this act, upon order of the judge of the district court.
