Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 5.--DETENTION AND PARENTAL HOMES OR FARMS

      38-524.   Same; donations; regulations.The county may receive donations and bequests of either money orproperty for the purpose of establishing and maintaining such detentionhome or juvenile farm and grounds. The judge of the district court shallmake all regulations necessary for the supervision and conducting of saiddetention home or juvenile farm and grounds.
