      38-536.   Care for children under 18 in custody of district court.The county commissioners of each county having a population of morethan one hundred thirty thousand (130,000) and less than one hundredeighty-five thousand (185,000) inhabitants in this state may provideparental, detention or juvenile homes or schools or youth centers for thepurpose of caring for children under eighteen (18) years of age in thecustody or under the jurisdiction of the district court.
