Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 5.--DETENTION AND PARENTAL HOMES OR FARMS

      38-549.   No-fund warrants.The board of directors of any youth camp or home may adopt a resolutionat any time before tax moneys are available under authority of this act,and such resolution may provide for the issuance of no-fund warrants in anamount not to exceed the amount which would be produced by a one mill levyon the assessed taxable tangible property in the contracting counties. Suchno-fund warrants may be issued without the approval of the statecourt of tax appeals, and in all other respects shall be issued inaccordance to statutes related to no-fund warrants.
