Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 5.--DETENTION AND PARENTAL HOMES OR FARMS

      38-553.   Definitions.As used in this act, unless the context otherwise requires:

      (a)   "Youth camp and home" means a parental home operated by a boardof directors as provided in this act.

      (b)   "Youth" means child adjudicated to be a delinquent child, miscreantchild, waywardchild, traffic offender, truant, deprived child, child in need of care orjuvenile offender.
