Article 6.--CHILD LABOR

      38-607.   Contents of permit.That every work permit shall state the name, sex, the date and place ofbirth, and the place of residence, and describe the color of the hair andeyes, and the height and weight of such child, and shall contain astatement of the proof of age accepted and shall verify that the papersrequired by the preceding sections have been duly examined, approved, andfiled, and that the child named in such permit has appeared before theofficial issuing the permit and has been examined. Every such permit shallbe signed in the presence of the official issuing the same, by the child inwhose name it is issued. It shall show the date of its issue.
