Chapter 38.--MINORS Article 6.--CHILD LABOR

      38-608.   Blanks for permits; duplicates; permit as evidence of age.That the permits provided for under this act shall be issued upon blanksfurnished by the state labor commissioner and shall be made out induplicate; one of such duplicates shall be forthwith returned to the statelabor commissioner, by the party issuing the same, with a statement of thecharacter and substance of the evidence offered prior to the issuance ofsuch permit. Such permit shall be sufficient protection to the employer ofany child as to the age of such child, except when such employer has actualknowledge of the falsity of such permit.
