39-1002. Secretary of social and rehabilitation services designated asofficial to accept and disburse funds.The secretary of social and rehabilitation services hereinafter referredto as the secretary is hereby designated as the official of this stateauthorized to accept and disburse funds made available to the secretary forgrants-in-aid to eligible local community organizations for day careprograms for mentally retarded or other handicapped children. The secretaryis authorized to accept any moneys made available to the state by thefederal government or any agency thereof and to accept and account forstate appropriations, gifts and donations from any other sources.
