Chapter 39.--MENTALLY ILL, INCAPACITATED AND DEPENDENT PERSONS; SOCIAL WELFARE Article 12.--REHABILITATION PROGRAMS FOR MENTALLY RETARDED AND HANDICAPPED PERSONS

      39-1202.   Secretary of social and rehabilitation services designated asofficial to accept and disburse funds.The secretary of social and rehabilitation services, hereinafterreferred to as the secretary, is hereby designated as the official of thisstate authorized to accept and disburse funds made available to saidsecretary for grants in aid to eligible local community organizations forrehabilitation facilities and half-way houses for the mentally retarded andother handicapped adults. The secretary is authorized to accept any moneysmade available to the state by the federal government or any agencythereof, and to accept and account for state appropriations, gifts anddonations from any other sources.
