39-1435. Same; assistance of state departments and agencies and otherpublic and private agencies; law enforcement assistance.In performing the duties set forth in this act, the secretary of social andrehabilitation services may request the assistance of all statedepartments, agencies and commissions and may utilize any other public orprivate agencies, groups or individuals who are appropriate and who may beavailable. Law enforcement shall be contacted to assist the department ofsocial and rehabilitation services when the information received on thereport indicates that an adult, residing in such adult's own home or thehome of another individual,an adult family home, a community development disabilities facility orresidential facilityis in a life threatening situation.
