39-1701. Interagency provision of services for children, adolescents andfamilies act; purpose and intention of act.This act shall be known and may be cited as the interagencyprovision of services for children, adolescents and families act.It is the purpose andintention of this act to provide for regional interagency councils which willcollaborate in the provision of services for children and adolescents in thisstate who require multiple levels and kinds of specialized services which arebeyond the capability of one agency. Such services shall be provided in accordwith the identified needs of each such child or adolescent, and in the leastrestrictive environment.
