39-7,102. Definitions.As used in the KanWork act, unless the context clearly requires otherwise:
(a) "Committee" means the KanWork interagency coordinating committeeestablished under K.S.A. 39-7,108 and amendments thereto.
(b) "KanWork program" means the work experience and training program forpublic assistance recipients established under the KanWork act.
(c) "Participant" means a public assistance recipient who participatesin the KanWork program.
(d) "Secretary" means the secretary of social and rehabilitation services.
(e) "State child care center" means a child care center licensed underK.S.A. 65-501 et seq. and amendments thereto.
(f) The terms defined in K.S.A. 39-702 and amendments thereto and usedin the KanWork act have the meanings provided by K.S.A. 39-702 and amendmentsthereto.
