      39-7,110.   Resident for general assistance motor vehicle must beregistered in state.No individual shall be considered a resident for purposesof general assistance the cost of which is not shared by the federalgovernment under article 7 of chapter 39 of the Kansas Statutes Annotatedand acts amendatory of the provisions thereof and supplemental thereto ifsuch individual owns an automobile or other motor vehicle which is notregistered in this state but which is required by law to be registered in this state.
