      39-7,121c.   Certain medications not subject to priorauthorization.A prescription medication prescribed for a medicaidrecipientor a person who becomes eligible for medicaid assistanceshall not be subject to anyrequirement for prior authorization under the state medicaid plan unless (a)such prescription, including all authorized refills, has expired, or (b) thepractitioner whoprescribed the medication for such recipient prescribes a different medication.
