39-7,128. Same; eligibility determination; exclusion of income earned andsaved by minor for educational purposes; rules and regulations.In determining eligibility for aid to families with dependentchildren or grant determinations relating thereto, the secretary ofsocial and rehabilitation services shall exclude from income and resources anyincome earned by a minor and saved by the minor for educational purposes forthe minor. Thisearned income shall be income earned by the minor and saved foreducational purposes in accordance with rules and regulations of the secretaryof social and rehabilitation services which define earned income for thepurposes of this section and specify the method by which such income may bededicated to educational purposes to ensure that such income is usedin a manner to comply with the provisions of this section.
