      39-7,133.   Severability of act.If any provision or clause of this act [*] or application thereofto any person or circumstances is held invalid, such invalidity shall notaffect other provisions or applications of the act which can be given effectwithout the invalid provision or application, and to this end the provisions ofthis act are declared to be severable.
