      39-7,157.   Same; termination of proceedings; issuanceof driver's license.If a person previously certified pursuant toK.S.A. 2009 Supp.39-7,155, andamendments thereto, is decertified by thesecretary of social and rehabilitation services, the secretary ofrevenue shall immediately terminate any proceedings underK.S.A. 2009 Supp.39-7,155, and amendments thereto, and, if the person'sdrivingprivileges have been restricted, may issue a driver's license tothe person if the person meets requirements to receive a license.Nothing in this section shall be construed to prevent or stay anyproceeding by the secretary of revenue to suspend, revoke orrestrict the person's driving privileges on any other grounds.
