      39-7,158.   Agreement between secretary of revenue andsecretary of SRS; rules and regulations.(a) The secretary of social and rehabilitationservices and the secretary of revenue may enter into an agreementfor administering the provisions ofK.S.A. 2009 Supp.39-7,155 through39-7,157, andamendments thereto, including time frames for implementation.

      (b)   The secretary of social and rehabilitation services andthe secretary of revenue may each adopt rules and regulationsnecessary to carry out the provisions ofK.S.A. 2009 Supp.39-7,155 through39-7,157,and amendments thereto.
