39-931. Denial, suspension or revocation of license; notice;hearing; appeal.Whenever the licensing agency finds a substantial failure to comply withthe requirements, standards or rules and regulations established underthis act or that a receiver has been appointed under K.S.A. 39-958 and amendmentsthereto, it shall make an order denying, suspending or revoking thelicense after notice and a hearing in accordance with the provisionsof the Kansas administrative procedure act.
Any applicant or licensee who is aggrieved by the order may appeal suchorder in accordance with the provisionsof the act for judicial review and civil enforcement of agency actions.
