      39-932a.   Adult care homes in less than an entire building.The licensing agency shall provide by rules and regulations for thelicensing of adult care homes in any one or more complete floors of abuilding, or any one or more complete wings of a building, or any one ormore complete wings and one or more complete floors of a building, inaddition to licensing of adult care homes in entire buildings. In the caseof adult care homes in less than an entire building, the licensing agencyshall prescribe acceptable use and occupancy of the balance of suchbuilding, and shall prohibit those uses and occupancies which are deemed tobe contrary to the public interest.
