      39-951.   Authority granted under act additional and not limiting.The authority granted to the secretary ofaging under this act is in addition to other statutory authority thesecretary of aging has to require the licensing and operation of adultcare homes and is not to be construed to limit any of the powers and duties ofthe secretary of aging under article 9 of chapter 39 of the KansasStatutes Annotated.
