      39-956.   Service of copies of application for receivership; postingin adult care home.The applicant shall serve those persons set forth in K.S.A. 39-954 withcopies of the application. Service of process shall be asprovided for under the code of civil procedure. The applicant shallalso send five (5) copies of the application for receivership to theadult care home. The adult care home shall post the copies of theapplication in conspicuous places within the adult care home.
