Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 1.--INSURANCE DEPARTMENT

      40-103.   Supervision of commissioner.The commissioner of insurance shall have general supervision, controland regulation of corporations, companies, associations, societies,exchanges, partnerships, or persons authorized to transact the business ofinsurance, indemnity or suretyship in this state and shall have the powerto make all reasonable rules and regulations necessary to enforce the lawsof this state relating thereto.
