Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 1.--INSURANCE DEPARTMENT

      40-104.   Supervision over transactions.The commissioner of insurance shall have supervision of all transactionsrelating to the organization or reorganization of insurance companiesorganized under the laws of this state, and shall also supervise the saleof all stock certificates, bonds or other evidences of interest orindebtedness issued by any such companies. The commissioner of insuranceshall supervise in this state the sale of stock certificates, bonds orother evidences of interest or indebtedness by companies organized underthe laws of any other state or country.
