Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 1.--INSURANCE DEPARTMENT

      40-108.   Annual report of commissioner; record of proceedings. Thecommissioner ofinsurance shall make an annual report to the governor of thegeneral conduct and condition of the insurance companies, includingfraternal benefit societies, doing business in this state. The commissioner ofinsuranceshall keep and preserve in a permanent form a full record ofthe commissioner's proceedings, including a concise statement of thecondition of each companyreported, visited or examined by the commissioner.
