Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 10.--MUTUAL FIRE AND TORNADO COMPANIES

      40-1013.   Classification of risks.Any such company may classify the property insured therein at the timeof issuing policies thereon under different rates, corresponding as nearlyas may be to the greater or lesser risk from fire, or lightning, tornado orhail, and loss which may attach to each building or other property insured.
