Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 11.--GENERAL PROVISIONS RELATIVE TO CASUALTY, SURETY AND FIDELITY COMPANIES

      40-1129.   Same; no liability.There shall be no liability on the part of and no cause of action of anynature shall arise against any insurer reporting hereunder or its agents oremployees, or the stateboard of healing arts or the board'semployees, for any action taken by them pursuant to this act.
