40-1215. Charter and other papers to be filed; approval;authorization.Before any such mutual company shall solicit initial applications forinsurance or sell certificates of indebtedness, it shall file with thecommissioner of insurance a certified copy of its charter, bylaws, policyforms, and application therefor and rates covering all classifications ofinsurance to be written and a copy of the certificate of indebtedness to beissued, and receive written approval of all documents filed and writtenauthorization from the commissioner of insurance for the solicitation ofapplication and the sale of certificates of indebtedness.
