Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 13.--MUTUAL INDEMNITY ASSOCIATIONS

      40-1312.   Mutual indemnity associations transacting business onJune 30, 1961, authorized to continue; conditions.Any corporation organized under the provisions of article 13, chapter 40of the Kansas Statutes Annotated and now transacting business as a mutualindemnity association may continue the transaction of such business:Provided, That, on or before May 1, 1962, every such corporationshall comply fully with the provisions of the insurance code of thisstate relating to mutual insurance companies other than life as set outin article 12, chapter 40 of the Kansas Statutes Annotated, and actsamendatory thereof or supplemental thereto.
