Chapter 40.--INSURANCE Article 15.--MUTUAL HAIL INSURANCE COMPANIES

      40-1508.   Officers; election; term.The directors shall at their annual meeting electa president and such other officers with such titles and duties as shall bestated in the bylaws or in a resolution of the board of directors which is notinconsistent with the bylaws. Officers shall be chosen in such manner and shallhold their offices for such terms as are prescribed by the bylaws or determinedby the board of directors.
